I wanted to create a bar that feels both luxurious but is also open to everyone and that all feel welcome. 

What is the inspiration behind your concept?

The idea came to me over drinks with friends back in January 2017. I love Prosecco but could never find a glass of the same quality here in London compared to Italy.

I wanted to create a bar that feels both luxurious but is also open to everyone and that all feel welcome. There was a gap in the market for a high-quality bar serving the finest Prosecco that is not in a hotel or a cocktail bar.

Where is the produce from?

I work directly with family owned vineyards in Veneto and exclusively stock five vineyards that are not available anywhere else in London, except Prosecco House. There are 28 types of premium Prosecco on the menu, hand-picked by me. The five wineries are: Marchiori, Rivalta, Cirotto, TASI Bio and Andreola. I wanted to bring the same excellent quality to London as there were limited places serving DOCG Prosecco in London.
